  • Yes, sorry. We wrote a blog about it here. He's no longer associated with the club in any way. Though he won't give up the Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, or Google Maps Listing. Thankfully, he's no longer doing comedy, or in Thailand.

Are the Comedy Shows Offensive?

Unless you're watching a Headliner's special, you're likely to see multiple acts, and some will be more offensive than others. Though most comedians use blue language and mature themes, very few comedians want to bully, or offend audience members. Comedy works best in a free speech environment, but we're all here to create great times and laughter together.

How Can I Find The Comedy Joint?

The Comedy Joint as a venue has closed but some of the team club continue as SoiFunny

Are the Comedians Funny? Have I Seen Them on TV?

YES! We book the best touring comedians from the UK, Australian, and US circuits, and sprinkle in some local legends. Many of our comedians have specials on Netflix or Prime, and have performed at the greatest comedy clubs and festivals around the world.

Check out The Comedians page with posters and links to just some of the amazing talent we've worked with.

Is Heckling Allowed?

It's definitely not encouraged. Hecklers usually think they're helping, they're not. Some comedians actively work with the crowd and encourage a dialogue. You can usually tell.

This is how a heckle usually goes: An audience member thinks of something funny to shout, and it usually is hilarious, the first time. Then they get drunk and excited and start interrupting the show and we have to tell them to STFU or GTFO. Trust the comic on stage, if they say Shhhhh then Shhhhhh.
